SEARCH DESCRIPTION

SIMPLE SEARCH
enables you to search the Databases by all or by a specific category such as Author, Title, Year of Publication, entering an entire word or the initial part of a word.

BASIC SEARCH
enables you to search by word or combination of words using boolean operators AND, OR, NOT
|
INDEX SEARCH
guides you by listing "keywords" contained in a Database Dictionary by all or by a specific category such as 'Author', 'Title', 'Subject', etc. The list of keywords appears in alphabetical order with the number of matches. You can search the Databases by selecting any combination of keywords.

ADVANCED SEARCH
gives you the advantage of combining different search methods (Simple Search, Index Search, History List Search), and defining complicated search criteria by using boolean operators such as AND, OR, NOT etc. enabling you to search multiple terms simultaneously.
